RENTALS, EQUIPMENT and TENTS

We prefer to make equipment rental arrangements as we know what will be needed.

We can suggest appropriate sources for all rentals including tents and canopies. 

We suggest that our clients make payment arrangements with the vendor of their choice to avoid additional surcharges.

Savory Fare, Inc. merely acts as a subcontractor for rental companies and cannot be responsible for security of rental goods left on site after our departure, or for breakage or losses incurred by a guest.

Clients may directly contact a rental company of their own choosing.

Due to rain or heat, Savory Fare reserves the right to rent tents or canopies for the kitchen area at the client’s expense and with the client’s permission.

Please do know that we try to be flexible and that we will do what we can to accommodate you and your wishes.  We are available year round and travel regularly outside the Triangle area.
