Co-founder, corporate president, head chef, creative culinary director and the "King" are only a few titles which could be used to describe our esteemed leader, affectionately known as "Gary." Brilliant and "tireless" for 33 years—his standards of performance and requirements for culinary excellence have earned him and his staff accolades from culinary professionals and clients alike.

Ernestine Perry (since 1971)
Gary's longtime friend and special assistant has served thousands of guests at thousands of events all over North Carolina. As an accomplished special assistant to the chef for over three decades Ernestine is well-known for her "can do" perspective and accurate "on-time" performance.
